SOMA is operated by SOMATJ LLC and provides general educational information about aesthetic and wellness treatments. SOMA is not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose conditions, does not prescribe, does not determine whether you are a suitable candidate for any treatment, and does not guarantee any outcome.

Always speak with a licensed, qualified professional before making a treatment decision. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact a healthcare professional or your local emergency service — do not rely on SOMA.

The optional photo visualisation feature is educational and illustrative. Any image it produces is AI-generated and is not a prediction, guarantee or clinical representation of your result. Real outcomes vary and depend on anatomy, provider technique, product or device, dose and settings, healing and other factors. A qualified provider must determine candidacy and any treatment plan; a visualisation never replaces or overrides that consultation.

You may only upload a photo of yourself, and you confirm you have the right to upload and use it. You must be 18 or older to use the feature. Do not upload photos of other people, of minors, or images you do not have permission to use. We may remove content or restrict access where these terms are not met.

You can delete an uploaded photo and its record at any time from My Journey. SOMA does not perform face recognition or identity matching, makes no medical-device claim about this feature, and claims no certification or formal compliance with any specific regulatory framework.

SOMA is in beta. Features, content and matching logic may change or be removed, results may be incomplete or inaccurate, and availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on SOMA as your only record of anything important to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself, and do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.

You can delete your photos or your entire account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Treatment options shown in a guide are selected by a deterministic rules engine from a fixed catalogue. For signed-in users, an AI language model writes the explanatory wording around those options; it cannot add, remove or rename treatments. Generated wording may still contain errors. Treat every guide as a starting point for a conversation with a provider, not as advice.

Provider listings in this beta are demo records created for testing and are labelled as such. Where a listing is marked as having details confirmed, that confirmation relates only to the listing information itself. It is not a clinical endorsement, not a licensing or credential guarantee, not a statement that any treatment is right for you, and not a promise about outcomes.

SOMA does not publish ratings or reviews, and is not a party to any booking or treatment you arrange. Verify credentials, licensing and reputation independently before booking.

SOMA does not currently sell placement, ranking, featured slots or advertising, and no provider or brand has paid to appear in this product. Provider results are ordered by educational relevance only. If paid placement is ever introduced, it will be labelled “Sponsored” on the listing itself, excluded from educational ordering, and never used by Ask SOMA.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, submit spam or abusive feedback, or use SOMA to provide medical advice to others.

SOMA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOMATJ LLC is not liable for any decision you make, or any loss you suffer, based on information in SOMA.
